PP Floor Stand Displays

Floor stands (floor displays/display stands) are freestanding units that present products at eye level to drive impulse purchases and brand visibility. Built from water-proof, impact-resistant polypropylene, they excel in high-traffic supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies, staying clean and rigid under daily use. Tool-free assembly and flat-pack shipping reduce costs; interlocking tabs and reinforced shelves support substantial load without sagging. Surfaces accept UV or screen printing for bold, scratch-resistant graphics, and modular headers, shelves, and hooks adapt to seasonal promos. PP is recyclable and easy to wipe down, meeting hygiene requirements. Made in China with full customization—sizes, colors, cutouts, and accessories—plus quick sampling and consistent mass production for nationwide rollouts.

Product Variants

We design every floor stand display around your brand, product, and retail goals—optimizing footprint, shelf spacing, load capacity, and shopper flow. After engineering the structure to your exact specs, we prototype, test for stability and weight, and provide a pre-production sample for approval.


For print and production, our polypropylene has a special printable surface, so we can print directly on the sheet with digital, offset, or screen methods, selecting the process that best balances color depth, run size, and cost. We support Pantone color matching, edge-to-edge graphics, and optional matte or gloss finishes with anti-scuff protection. After printing, we convert the sheets using precision die-cutting or CNC table cutting, then crease, fold, and ultrasonically or mechanically fix joints for fast, tool-free assembly.


Each display is flat-packed with labeled parts and simple instructions to minimize freight and in-store setup time. PP is durable, wipe-clean, and fully recyclable, meeting common retail hygiene and sustainability requirements. We can add modular headers, hooks, and trays, serialize units for campaign tracking, and perform final QC before mass production and rollout.

Product Options

Size

Tailored footprints and heights to fit planograms and aisles. We optimize shelf pitch, tray depth, hook spacing, and header size for visibility, load needs, and flat-pack shipping. Share target weights and store specs for a custom design.


Thickness

Typical options are 3–4mm PP（or customize）. We can add gussets, fold geometry, and local reinforcements to boost rigidity without extra weight.


Sheet Colours

Choose from PROMEG standards—clear, white, black, blue, red, yellow, orange, green—and many others. Pantone matching available, plus opaque, translucent, or transparent looks. Optional matte/gloss textures, anti-scuff topcoats, and UV-stabilized or fire-retardant grades on request.
