Custom Corrugated Plastic Picking Bin For Warehouse

Our custom corrugated plastic picking bins are built from recyclable PP hollow sheet (corflute/correx) for a strong, lightweight body that resists water, oil and impact. Each bin is sized to your shelves and workflow, with options for fold-flat construction, internal dividers, reinforced rims and corners, ergonomic hand holes, and label holders or barcode windows for handheld scanning. Smooth, dust-free surfaces protect goods and keep aisles tidy; sealed edges and durable welds extend service life under daily handling. UV-stabilised, ESD-safe and flame-retardant grades are available for specialised environments. Branding and location IDs can be printed mono or CMYK. Washable and fully reusable, these bins cut breakage and single-use waste while improving picking speed and accuracy across e-commerce, 3PL, supermarket DC and spare-parts operations.
