Corrugated Plastic Sheet, also known as Corflute, Coroplast, or Corrugated PP Sheet, is a lightweight, durable, and reusable material made from polypropylene. It features a twin-wall hollow structure that provides excellent strength-to-weight performance, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. The sheet is non-toxic, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and UV-stabilized for long-lasting use.


Its versatility makes it widely used across packaging, construction, agriculture, advertising, and logistics industries. Applications:

1. Corrugated PP Boxes

Compared with the corrugated paper box, Corrugated Polypropylene Box is much stronger, with no water absorption(waterproof), resistance to mineral oils, resistance to chemicals and resistance to puncture. So it's reusable and durable. It can be made into different packing boxes, such as box for eletrical component, vegatables & fruits, sea box, turnover box, recycle bin, mail box, etc.

2. Corrugated PP Sheet for floor/wall/roof protection:

It's been used in the house building or decoration as a protection sheet.

3. Corrugated PP Sheet for advertising signs:

Coroplast advertising board is a successful replacement for plastic foam board. It's more strong and reusable than foam board.
